The Marigny Drink this Wine An Everyday Anyway Cuvée is a collaboration between winemaker Andy Young and chef Molly Baz from Oregon’s Willamette Valley. This kaleidoscopic blend contains 51% organic Pinot Noir, 36% sustainably-farmed Merlot rosé, 9% skin-fermented Sauvignon Blanc, and 4% Chardonnay. The Pinot Noir undergoes carbonic maceration in stainless steel, while Merlot rosé ferments whole cluster in concrete cubes. All grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, then briefly aged in neutral barrels.
