Description
La Cabotte Côtes du Rhône Blanc Colline 2024 blends Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Viognier, and Roussanne from Domaine la Cabotte’s biodynamic vineyards on the Massif d’Uchaux plateau in the Southern Rhône. Marie-Pierre and Éric Plumet farm 30 hectares at 165 meters elevation on chalky limestone and gravelly loam soils—higher than typical for the region, which preserves natural acidity. The estate holds Demeter certification and follows the lunar calendar for all treatments. La Cabotte Colline Blanc 2024 ferments with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and is bottled in spring to capture freshness.
