The wine is predominantly Grenache (often described as “driving the bus”), with Syrah, and Mourvèdre. Occasionally, a touch of Cinsault is added in the final assembly
The wine is made from declassified Châteauneuf du Pape, from vineyards that are worked the same way. The wine showcases vibrant fruit flavors such as ripe berries, cherry, and plum, complemented by subtle spice notes and a touch of earthy richness. The wine has a smooth texture, balanced acidity, and soft tannins, making it an approachable and versatile. 14% ABV
