To celebrate their third-year partnership, Fishwife and Fly By Jing are releasing a gold-label, limited-run Smoked Salmon with Sweet + Spicy Zhong. Developed by founders Jing and Becca, this product features Fishwife’s caramelized, tender, campfire-smoked salmon combined with Fly By Jing’s sweet, tangy, spicy, and umami-rich Zhong sauce.

The Smoked Salmon with Sweet + Spicy Zhong is sourced from Kvarøy Arctic, a pioneering finfish farm with multiple certifications. The salmon is smoked in small batches over beech, maple, and birch wood, then hand-packed and canned by a fifth-generation family-run cannery on Washington’s central coast. Raised by third-generation family farmers in the Arctic Circle’s icy waters with deep ocean currents, the salmon is fed a sustainable, nutrient-rich diet and is raised without antibiotics or chemicals.
