After a hiatus since 2020, Broc Cellars is excited to reintroduce one of their most sought-after sparklers, the Sparkling Valdiguié. Sourced from Mendocino, the Valdiguié grapes underwent a gentle foot stomp before being directly pressed into stainless steel pressurized tanks, allowing the bubbles to form naturally during fermentation. The result is a stunning ruby pink wine with refreshingly soft bubbles that shine in the glass and delight the palate. It is hand-bottled, labeled, and unfiltered.
