Baisers Retrouvés 2023 is a vibrant Pinot Noir from Yannick Meckert, crafted in Alsace, France, from 35-year-old vines rooted in blue schist at La Ferme des 9 Chemins in grapes were macerated as whole bunches for a week before being takes place half in 10-year-old 228L Burgundy barrels, a quarter in truncated conical wooden vats, and a quarter in sandstone amphorae for nine sulfur is added.
