A premium, biodynamic sparkling perry (pear cider) from Normandy, France, crafted by former sommelier, Eric Bordelet. Made from 300-year-old trees on granite soil, this 4%–6% ABV, off-dry, and highly gastronomic perry offers intense minerality, pear skin, and white flower notes. Golden, clear, with a persistent and delicate mousse (fine bead). Aromas of stone, chalk, flint, fresh herbs, mint, and white flowers. The palate is Elegant, with balanced minerality, acidulated orchard fruit, pear, quince, and subtle caramel.
