Description
In the heart of Oaxaca, Mexico, the Vallés Centralés Region is formed by the convergence of three river valleys. Within this area, nestled amidst the rugged mountains and fertile valley floors, the Cortés family has been crafting traditional mezcal for more than 175 years. Over six generations, the Cortés family has dedicated themselves to producing the lifeblood of Zapotec culture using the native magueys (agaves) that are indispensable to the local people.
Distiller Notes: Delicate nose of wood smoke and savory herbs introduces a bright, citrus, tart fruit and peppery palate.
