Description
Les Valseuses Soul Makossa is crafted by Antoine Le Court-Chedevergne and Julia Naar at their Jura estate in Les Planches-près-Arbois. Made from old-vine Cinsault grapes sourced from Cabrières in Languedoc, this natural wine undergoes 70% whole bunch fermentation with 30% destemmed grapes. The fruit macerates together for two and a half months in their 18th-century cellar. No sulfur is added during fermentation, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
