Released in June 2017 as a strict gift-shop exclusive, this fifth installment showcases individual cask variations rather than a blended small batch. The production utilized 30 hand-selected barrels filled with the distillery’s bourbon mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley. The spirit underwent its entire 14-year maturation cycle inside fire-charred new American white oak barrels resting on the 3rd floor of rickhouse U.
