100% Pinot Noir
Primarily from the En Vignois parcel in Brochon, southeast-facing on mid-slope limestone and clay. Off of a minimum of 80 year old vines. Aged 12–16 months in oak barrels (approx. 20% new). Aromas of Intense red and dark fruit (raspberry, blackcurrant, baked cherry) with hints of potting soil, violet, and sweet spice. The palate is Fleshy and textural, offering a silky entry with good, vibrant acidity and refined tannins. 13.5% ABV
