AREPEPE is a family of winegrowers and, for over 150 years, has been passionately devoted to the cultivation of Nebbiolo. This is a rare grape variety that, over the centuries, has adapted to the Valtellina, a land like no other, where everything is still done by hand. Another excellent showing, this is a classic Nebbiolo from the mountains. It has so much verve and so far has the best fruit compared to the previous wines. It boasts great racy tension and freshness, delivering crunchy red cherry, wild strawberry, baking spice and flinty mineral accompanied by taut, refined tannins. Drink through 2036. 13% ABV
