This wine is non-sparkling and focuses on expressing the specific terroir of the Montagne de Reims through biodynamic viticulture. A pale lemon color with a nose of peach, apricot, citrus, and “earthy” notes like chalk, wax, and wet pavement. : Described as lean and high in acidity with a mineral-driven, focused profile and a touch of toastiness from the barrel aging. 12% ABV
