The salt is smoked over burning Alder wood, imparting a complex yet balanced flavor that enhances the richness of the dark chocolate. This decadent bite offers a perfect harmony of smoky and sweet flavors, making it truly unforgettable. The cacao used is sourced from Rupa-Rupa in the Upper Amazon region of Peru, where the beans are fermented for 7 days, dried for 7 days, and roasted to perfection.
