Description
Winemaker Notes: A wine of complexity and detail, following a slow fermentation. This cuvée shows a nice balance between the concentration of Pinots Nuitonnes and the elegant suppleness of Beaunes. The mouth is greedy with black fruits (cherry, blackberry) and very silky tannins. A powerful and elegant wine which deserves to be waited in the cellar for at least 3 to 4 years and more for those who know how to be patient.
