80% Furmint, 20% Zéta
Hand selected, the aszú berries were vinified separately, with two-thirds experiencing two days of skin contact in actively fermented must. The remaining berries were gently crushed and soaked for 12 hours in fresh or post-fermentation wine. Fermentation occurred mainly in stainless steel vats and partly in small barrels, with aging in 225-liter oak barrels for two years, primarily in barrels of various vintages.
It has a deep gold color, more profound than usual. The nose is intense, spicy, displaying tropical fruits, orange zest, and sandal tree aromas. The mouth is rich, structured with fresh, round acidity and some tannic finish. 12% ABV
