Description
80% Pinot Noir, 20% Gamay
Certified Organic (Ecocert) since 2018; follows biodynamic principles with manual vineyard work. Pale to medium ruby. Aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, and violets with a distinct hint of white pepper. The palate is brisk, juicy, and “crunchy” with feather-light tannins, high acidity, and a savory, saline edge.
