Description
Paolo Fasolo Glera Pét-Nat is a sparkling white wine made from 100% Glera (Prosecco) grapes fermented spontaneously with native yeast, bottled unfiltered, and unfined. This wine is made by Marco Buratti’s cousin Alberto Buratti. Crisp and fizzy with notes of apple and citrus; serve with fried fish or as an aperitif.
