With the advent of white sugar after 1500 AD, honey bacame scarce in Europe, so apples were added to the mead to stretch the honey. Cyser was born! Enjoy the rich traditional flavors of apples and honey in our King’s Cyser honey wine. Serve slightly chilled: especially good with lamb.
