2023 – The Pinot Gris was footstomped for a 3 day whole cluster cold soak which provides phenolic texture along with a natural pink floral hue. The juice underwent native fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and oak puncheons before élevage in neutral barrique. White teas and flowers on the nose. Flavors of peach, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, Rangpur lime.–Winemaker
