Straw yellow colour with light greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage. Very characteristic and elegant scent with clear fruity notes of pear, apple and white pulp fruit combined with a slight fruity. Creamy flavor with excellent taste-olfactory persistence and a strong mineral note. Very fine and elegant. 11.5% ABV
