Ca’ del Baio is a family-run estate in the heart of Barbaresco, established in 1870. The vineyards for this wine, come from top crus such as Vallegrande—a monopole owned entirely by the family—and Asili, both celebrated for their expressive Nebbiolo.
Ruby with garnet highlights. Aromas of red cherry, crushed rose, and sweet tobacco rise gracefully from the glass. The palate is medium-bodied and finely textured, showing tart red berries, orange peel, and dusty tannins. 14.5% ABV
