Copper & King American Brandy Company is a spirits producer situated in the northern part of Louisville, KY, adjacent to the Ohio River and a stones throw away from Indiana, in the picturesque neighborhood of Butchertown. As the name suggests the town used to be home to butchers and brewers but has since shifted to a haven for artists, artisans, and distillers. Copper & Kings offers an award-winning variety of American Brandy, Absinthe, and & Kings produces its own signature American absinthe. Their Absinthe Alembic Blanche is double distilled from Muscat brandy in American copper pot stills, made by Vendome Copper & Brassworks in Butchertown, Kentucky. A small-batch absinthe, its not chill-filtered with no flavors, colors or sugar classic absinthe botanicals, including Artemisia absinthium, anis, and fennel are distilled by hand and result in an herbaceous and subtle nose with pastoral aromas as well as a harmonious palate with layers of signature grande wormwood, sweet fennel, and licorice flavors. Bottled at 130 proof, you can enjoy it any way you like on rocks, as a julep, or in unique cocktails.
