Description
Pascal Janvier Chenin Blanc Jasnières 2024 is a dry white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc grown on clay, limestone, and flint soils along the south-facing slopes of the Loir River, in the Jasnières AOC of the Sarthe department. Vines are 35 to 40 years old, spread across 66 parcels that Pascal and Dominique Janvier farm sustainably. Produced by Pascal Janvier, the grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel without malolactic conversion, preserving the appellation’s signature acidity and flinty mineral character. Pascal Janvier Chenin Blanc Jasnières 2024 is lees-aged for added texture. Jasnières AOC.
