The Four Roses 2010 Limited Edition Small Batch 110.2 Proof (55.1% ABV) is a non-chill filtered, barrel strength Kentucky straight bourbon produced at the Four Roses Distillery in Lawrenceburg, KY. This release marks the first official “Limited Edition Small Batch” bottling after the rebranding of the Mariage Collection. The technical assembly is a marriage of three distinct recipes: a 15-year-old OBSV (35% rye, delicate fruit yeast), a 11-year-old OBSK (35% rye, baking spice yeast), and an 10-year-old OESK (20% rye, baking spice yeast).
Matured in specialized single-story rackhouses, this blend was engineered to showcase the synergy between the high-rye “V” strain’s creamy fruit integrity and the spicy structural backbone of the “K” yeast. The resulting chemical profile is defined by vibrant notes of ripe pear, honey, and dark chocolate, which integrate with deep oak tannins and rich baking spices. The non-chill filtered presentation ensures a viscous, oily mouthfeel that carries charred wood through a long, technical finish.
