This technical assembly is a marriage of three distinct recipes: a 13-year-old OBSK, a 13-year-old OESQ, a 12-year-old OESV and an 11-year-old OESK.
Matured in specialized single-story rackhouses, this blend was engineered to balance the structural baking spice of the “K” strain with the creamy, high-ester fruit profile of the “V” yeast. The resulting chemical profile is defined by vibrant notes of ripe berries, rich caramel, and honey, which integrate with a backbone of seasoned oak and nutmeg. The non-chill filtered presentation ensures a lush, oily mouthfeel that carries charred wood and vanilla through a long, technical finish.
