Adhering to the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, this rye was distilled in a single season and matured in the distillery’s iconic brick-and-limestone warehouses.
The mash bill is a technical standout, consisting solely of rye and malted barley, which produces a profile defined by an extreme concentration of dried fruit, black pepper, and fresh dill. The palate features sophisticated layers of toasted oak and dark chocolate, balanced by a bright, savory finish of cinnamon and mint.
