This expression marks a historic transition as the first vintage signed by Master Distiller Brian Nation, featuring a marriage of triple-distilled single pot still and single grain whiskeys matured between 12 and 25 years.
Maturation occurs in hand-selected, first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels, which facilitate a slow extraction of vanillin and toasted wood sugars. The resulting chemical profile is defined by vibrant notes of green apple, succulent banana, and garden mint, which integrate with deep layers of cinnamon, liquorice, and flinty barley grains. The refined, silky presentation maintains a light mouthfeel with a lingering, sweet spicy finish.
