This 2018 limited release showcases Noe’s focus on international maturation, blending an 8-year Kentucky straight rye with two extra-aged Canadian whiskies: a 13-year rye and an exceptionally rare 40-year-old Canadian corn whisky.
Bottled uncut and unfiltered, the profile leads with a fascinating floral and fruit-forward nose of green apples and star jasmine, transitioning to a dense palate of butterscotch, honey, and lively allspice.
