Angel’s Envy 2019 Cask Strength is a highly allocated, 122.4 Proof (61.2% ABV) limited-edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey representing the eighth annual release of this premium collector’s series. The spirit is distilled from a mash bill of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley. Maturation involves a primary aging period in new charred American white oak followed by a secondary finish in 60-gallon Ruby Port wine casks sourced from Portugal. These barrels are aged in Kentucky rickhouses where seasonal climate shifts maximize the extraction of vinous esters.

Produced at the Angel’s Envy Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, this 2019 release was limited to a total allocation of 14,000 bottles. The technical presentation features the iconic winged glass bottle with a unique 2019 label, housed in a handcrafted, commemorative wooden display box. By bottling at full cask strength without chill-filtration, the distillery maintains the heavy oils and chemical complexity developed during the secondary maturation in wine-soaked staves.
