The 2022 Rose & Arrow Estate vintage showcases the dynamic interplay of nature’s forces. An unusually late start to the growing season initially raised concerns of a delayed harvest impacted by autumn rains. However, a cool spring transitioned into a long, dry summer with nearly no rain in October. With no notable periods of extreme heat, this vintage is finely balanced – with a little less acidity and a touch more red fruit than previous years.
The Palate: Lighter in color, this wine introduces delicate floral aromatics and a delightful texture with a slight granular undertone. Fruit balances over the mineral base and the chewy tannins create an enjoyably long experience.
