The 2024 Blanton’s La Maison du Whisky Foundations is a limited single-barrel release produced for the French market. Sourced from the metal-clad Warehouse H at Buffalo Trace Distillery, this expression utilizes the higher-rye Mash Bill #2. The 2024 vintage includes both 100-proof and cask-strength selections (typically 120+ proof) bottled without chill-filtration.
Maturation in the unique micro-climate of Warehouse H produces a dense profile of honeyed vanilla, toasted oak, and rich caramel spice. Each bottle is part of a curated quartet of barrels (#562, #563, #597, #598) celebrating the 40th anniversary of the first modern single-barrel bourbon.
