Little Book The Infinite Edition 2 is a 120.8 proof (60.4% ABV) blended straight bourbon whiskey curated by 8th Generation Master Distiller Freddie Noe. This 2025 release builds upon the inaugural edition, utilizing a base of approximately 30% of Edition I married with three new generational components: a 22-year-old bourbon from Booker Noe, a 10-year-old from Fred Noe, and a 7-year-old extended-fermentation bourbon from Freddie Noe.
This technical “infinity” process results in a complex profile of fresh apple and pear brightness layered over rich vanilla, caramel, and deep barrel char. Bottled uncut and unfiltered at the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, KY, this expression represents an evolving liquid legacy of the Noe family.
