Description
Agricola la Portera Tardano Macabeo is made primarily from Macabeo grapes with a small portion of Garnacha Blanca, grown in Almonacid de la Sierra, Spain. Founded by Jorge Navascués, Javier del Blanco, and Francisco Santiso in 2017, this small project focuses on authentic winemaking that showcases terroir and grape varieties. The wine undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in neutral concrete vessels, creating elegant expressions that highlight the natural characteristics of these traditional Spanish white grape varieties.
