Description
First-press Pinot Noir from 18-year-old vines forms the foundation of Alessandra Divella Blanc de Noirs 2020. The grapes, grown on Jurassic-era limestone and clay soils in Gussago, are hand-harvested and gently pressed using a manual wooden basket press. Spontaneous fermentation proceeds with indigenous yeasts in barriques and concrete tanks. Alessandra Divella Blanc de Noirs 2020 then ages 42 months on the lees—among the longest in her portfolio—before disgorgement with zero dosage. This zero-zero sparkling wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered at 12% alcohol, representing the estate’s most refined expression of Pinot Noir.
