Description
Alessandra Divella Clo Clo 2020 is a traditional method sparkling rosé crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grown on limestone and clay soils in Gussago, at the northeastern edge of Franciacorta in Lombardy. The grapes undergo gentle pressing using a manual wooden basket press, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in used barriques. Alessandra Divella Clo Clo 2020 then rests 42 months on the lees before disgorgement with zero dosage—no sugar added. Named after Alessandra’s Swiss mother Claudia, this zero-zero rosé comes from organically farmed vines at 350 meters elevation. Production: approximately 1,627 bottles annually.
