Description

Named after Alessandra’s aunt Danielle—a strong, independent woman who traveled solo through Ethiopia at age 80—Alessandra Divella Dady 2020 represents the more structured, evolved expression of her Chardonnay. The grapes undergo light maceration during manual basket pressing, then ferment spontaneously in second and third passage barriques with indigenous yeasts. Before tirage, Alessandra Divella Dady 2020 is blended with 25-30% reserve wine from previous vintages, adding complexity and depth. The wine ages 42 months on the lees before disgorgement with zero dosage. Unfined and unfiltered, from limestone and clay soils in Gussago.
