Description
Made entirely from Pinot Noir, Alessandra Divella Rosé de Saignée 2019 takes its color from an overnight skin maceration—the traditional saignée method. The grapes grow on 18-year-old organic vines in Gussago, a village on the eastern edge of Franciacorta where ancient soils of marine origin contain limestone, clay, and Jurassic-era fossils. Alessandra Divella ferments the juice spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in used barriques, then bottles for secondary fermentation. The wine spends 54 months aging on the lees before disgorgement. Zero dosage and no added sulfites define this uncompromising sparkling rosé.
