Description
In the End All That Is Left Is What We Give is a natural rosé wine crafted by Anders Frederik Steen and Anne Bruun Blauert in the Ardèche region of France. This cuvée is a blend of 60% Syrah and 40% Viognier grapes, sourced from neighboring vineyards at Domaine la Mazel. Each variety underwent a separate direct press over 2–3 days, with the juices blended shortly after pressing. Fermentation and aging occurred in old wooden foudres over winter and spring, allowing the wine to develop depth and complexity. Bottled in early June without fining or filtration, this rosé reflects a commitment to minimal intervention winemaking.
