Description
Si J’étais un Oiseau 2019 is a natural white wine made by Anders Frederik Steen and Anne Bruun Blauert, a Danish couple based in Valvignères in the southern Ardèche. It is a blend of Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer from organically certified grapes grown by the Bannwarth family in Obermorschwihr, Alsace. The wine was aged for five and a half years in casks without topping up, producing an oxidative style.
