Description
Andi Weigand Zusammen 2024 is a collaborative natural white wine blending Scheurebe (45%), Riesling (25%), Müller-Thurgau (20%), and Silvaner (10%) from certified organic vineyards in Iphofen, Franken. The name “Zusammen” translates to “together” in German, reflecting the wine’s creation alongside the Jenny & François team during a cellar visit in early 2025. Andi Weigand hand-harvests all grapes and direct-presses them using an 80-year-old basket press into 1,250-liter oak barrels. Andi Weigand Zusammen 2024 ferments spontaneously, rests 10 months on full lees, and is bottled unfined, unfiltered, with zero added sulfites.
