Description
Antonio Camillo’s Tutti i Giorni Rosso is a red blend from Tuscany, Italy, crafted for everyday enjoyment. The wine combines Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, and Alicante grapes from vineyards aged between 10 and 50 years. These vineyards are in the Maremma region, characterized by its rolling hills and Mediterranean climate, contributing to the grapes’ optimal ripening and flavor development. The grapes are hand-harvested to ensure quality and undergo fermentation in concrete tanks, with a 12-day maceration on the skins to extract color and tannins. The wine is then aged in concrete, preserving its fresh and fruity character. This minimal intervention approach highlights the authentic expression of the Tuscan terroir.
