Description
Artesano Vintners Pam i Pipa is a natural red wine produced in Catalonia, Spain, using 60% Garnacha, 23% Cabernet Franc, and 17% Cariñena. The grapes are grown organically in the Terra Alta and Conca de Barberà regions on soils rich in calcified stone, clay, and sand. The Garnacha undergoes whole-bunch carbonic fermentation, while the Cabernet Franc and Cariñena are fermented traditionally. The wine has no additives or sulfites, wild yeasts, or filtering.
Pam i Pipa offers aromas of red currants, boysenberry, and caramel. Its fresh palate showcases raspberries, minerality, and a hint of spicy licorice
