Description
Artesano Vintners’ Xerinola is crafted in Catalonia, Spain, using a blend of Macabeu (40%), Parellada (35%), and Xarel-lo (25%). The vineyards are rooted in a mix of calcified stone, clay, and sand soils. The winemaking includes skin fermentation for Macabeu (one week) and Parellada (five days), followed by fermentation in used French oak barrels, yielding a low-intervention wine.
Xerinola 2022 presents fresh citrus flavors of lemon and grapefruit, balanced by toasty yeast aromas and a creamy texture. The wine finishes with a refreshing acidity.
