ASW Distillery Fiddler Antique Rye Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich ryespice foundation, with hints of toasted oak, dried fruit, vanilla and a subtle undercurrent of caramel or toffee.
Palate: Robust rye character with pepperandspice notes, complemented by sweet undertones of toffee or brown sugar, a smooth oakiness and perhaps some candied citrus or dried stone fruit.
Finish: Medium to long finishspicy rye warmth giving way to oak tannin, gentle sweetness and a lingering, welltempered dryness.
