100% Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo)
This vintage experienced favorable conditions, leading to optimal ripening. Grapes are hand-harvested; fermentation occurs spontaneously without sulfur, followed by an extended maceration period. The wine is aged for three years in large barrels and then refined in the bottle for two more years before release.
Livél Riserva is deep red in color. The nose offers a complex bouquet of minerals, red and dark berries, flowers, fresh herbs, and forest floor. On the palate, it is tight yet with a beautiful texture of red and dark fruit, delicate, and with a long, firm finish. 13.5%
