Description
Barbara Lebled’s Hey! Un Dernier Côt? is a natural red wine produced in the Loire Valley, France. Crafted from 100% Côt (Malbec) grapes sourced from 40–50-year-old vines grown on siliceous clay and limestone soils, the wine reflects the region’s terroir. The grapes undergo whole-cluster carbonic maceration for 25 days in enamel-lined steel tanks, followed by a short maturation period. The wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur, adhering to a minimal intervention philosophy. The name, a playful pun, translates to “Hey! One last glass?” highlighting its convivial nature.
