Master Distiller Fred Noe selected the batch from four different rack houses, four different production dates, aged 6 years, 7 months and 23 days. “”Off Your Rocker”” is a tribute to Booker Noe’s larger-than-life personality. Booker’s is always bottled uncut, unfiltered, and at barrel proof.
Per Fred Noe’s notes, on the nose, it shows sweet, with vanilla. The palate brings robust vanilla and caramel notes, slightly smoky, flavors of vanilla and wood from white oak, and the finish carries long and full, perfect for easygoing sipping. The pour shows Booker’s darkest, deepest amber and henna color.
A 2016 Booker’s release, this named batch is closely tracked by collectors building a complete Booker’s run. Bottled at full barrel strength with no chill filtration, it rewards a few drops of water and drinks well neat or over a single large cube.
