Master Distiller Fred Noe selected the batch from five different rack-houses, aged 6 years, 5 months and 0 days. Representing the third release in the Booker’s 2021 Collection, this batch honors the homeplace of not only Booker Noe, but generations of Beam family members.
Per Fred Noe’s notes, on the nose, it shows deep and complex, vanilla, nuts and oak. The palate brings robust vanilla and caramel, slightly smoky, and the finish carries long and full, perfect for easygoing sipping. The pour shows Booker’s darkest, deepest amber and henna color.
A 2021 Booker’s release, this named batch is closely tracked by collectors building a complete Booker’s run. Bottled at full barrel strength with no chill filtration, it rewards a few drops of water and drinks well neat or over a single large cube.
