Boone County Jail Gin is a juniper forward gin with a lovely dose of citrus on the nose backed by some sweet spice and floral notes. On the palate earthy pine flavors and black pepper intertwine with citrus peels and ginger, creating a perfect criminal. A bottle of this slipped to a guard might just earn you an early release.
